Julie’s
Health Philosophy:
“I’m
excited to join the Rockwell Nutrition Team, and I enjoy helping people
obtain better health. I believe happiness, vibrant energy and good health
are very much tied to one another. Nutrition is the basis of life and good
health. We often get so busy or stressed out with life, we skip meals and
eat whatever is quick and convenient and often, nutrient poor. This kind
of meal pattern often leads to poor health. Years of living a busy,
stressful life and/or dealing with a disease or health condition can lead to an
inadequate diet and even compromise your digestion and integrity of your
intestinal tract. These compromises can affect the absorption of the
valuable nutrients needed to maintain your health. My goal is to help
people resolve their health issues through nutrition and lifestyle improvements,
including food and nutritional supplements beneficial for healing and better
health.”
