This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the RockwellNutrition.com website. You can order products and email us nutritional questions. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email address, Password, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information.

On each product page, you can “Email This Page to A Friend” by submitting their name and email. The site will automatically generate a one time email containing the link you recommended and their info will not be used again.

If you order a gift certificate online and have it sent directly to the recipient by providing the recipient's address. In these circumstances, the types of personal information collected are: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number.

The Online Nutritional Evaluation collects a complete dietary intake, height, weight, symptoms, and other personal information which is not shared with anyone but the nutritionists creating your nutritional program. The information collected from you from our site is over a secure server.

The Way We Use Information:
The shopping cart on our site uses "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your products added to your cart at any time.

We use the personal information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. Your credit card number is not kept on file unless you request for it to be. The online database will ask you to re-enter a card number each time you make a purchase. We share no personal information except your shipping address to our distributors who ship out your package.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except with our distributor who ships out the packages.
We offer gift-certificates which you can order for another person. Information you provide to us is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use your email address to answer your questions, provide receipts for your purchase, notify you of backorders and shipping information, and occasionally extend a discount offer to save on your next purchase on our site. Our email program by EnFlyer includes a NO SPAM guarantee with an “Opt Out” option clearly marked at the bottom. Opting Out will assure you will never get an email from us again. We never share email addresses with any outside parties.

We do not yet offer the option for weekly or monthly emails, product updates, or news, so your email will not be used for this purpose.
